Privacy Policy

Rehinged, Inc. (“Rehinged”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Delaware corporation, operates the websites rehinged.ai and intel.rehinged.ai (together, the “Sites”) and provides the Rehinged Intelligence service (the “Services”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Sites and Services, and of the information about organizations and professionals that our work draws on, described below.

This policy applies to anyone whose information we collect through the Sites, the Services, our API, or a partner who delivers our work to you. We use your Personal Information to provide and improve the Sites and Services. By using the Sites or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

What We Collect

While using our Sites, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”). When you request a Market Draft or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company, role, and what you tell us about your business. If you reached us through a partner’s referral page, we also record which partner referred you, so that we can credit the referral. Our forms include a hidden field used to detect automated submissions.

Information You Submit About Your Business

When you request a Market Draft or other deliverable, you tell us about your company, products, and markets. That information is used only to produce your deliverables and operate your account. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other customers, and we do not use it to build another customer’s market.

Referral Partners

Some companies reach Rehinged through a referral partner. We tell the partner that a referral became a customer and what we were paid, so that we can pay the referral credit we owe them. We do not share your Market Draft, your deliverables, or the information you submitted with a referring partner unless you choose to share it.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Sites (“Log Data”).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Sites are used, including which pages are visited and whether a Market Draft request is submitted. Google sets cookies to do this and receives the resulting data under its own terms. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on or your browser’s cookie controls. Our Sites do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Sites.

How We Contact You

We keep in touch by email only. We do not call unless you ask us to. We may email you about your account, your deliverables, and the Market Pulse newsletter if you subscribe; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at the address below.

People We Contact Who Have Not Visited Our Sites

Rehinged uses its own product to identify companies it would like to work with and emails people at those companies. Business contact information for those emails comes from publicly available sources and licensed business-contact providers. Every such email identifies Rehinged and includes a way to tell us not to contact you again, which we honor.

How We Use Artificial Intelligence

We use third-party artificial intelligence services, acting as our service providers, to process information submitted through the Sites — such as your responses to our intake forms — in order to generate the deliverables you request and to operate and improve the Services. We use AI models and AI-assisted web research services from providers including Anthropic, OpenAI and Perplexity, through their commercial services, to produce deliverables. We use these services under commercial terms that prohibit the provider from using the information we send to train or improve its models.

The Services generate scores, rankings, and related market intelligence about organizations through automated analysis of publicly available and licensed data. These outputs are used to support commercial decisions, such as account prioritization and outreach. Our customers agree not to represent our deliverables as statements about any person’s or organization’s quality of care, conduct, or character.

How We Use Public Healthcare Data

Rehinged scores and ranks healthcare organizations and markets using public data published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and other government sources. That data describes facilities, organizations, and, in some datasets, individual clinicians, and it is public before we touch it. We keep a structured, scored version of it, covering more than 80,000 healthcare organizations and more than 1.1 million Medicare prescribers, and we re-score it as the agencies publish updates. It is the foundation our work is built on, not a product we sell access to. We use it, at a client’s request, to produce intelligence about that client’s market. It reflects patterns in the source data as of the dates shown, not judgments about any person or organization.

Business Contact Information

Some clients ask us to include business contact details for people at the organizations in their market, such as a name, title, work email, and work phone. We gather that information for the specific engagement, in small quantities, from public government sources, the organization’s own public website, licensed business-to-business contact sources, and web research, including research assisted by AI tools acting as our service providers. We do not buy lists, we do not maintain a standing database of business contact information, and we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. If you are a professional whose business contact details appeared in a Rehinged deliverable and you want them excluded from future work, email contact@rehinged.ai and we will add you to our suppression list within 30 days.

Service Providers

We share information with service providers who support the Sites and Services: hosting, the database that holds intake and application data, analytics, email delivery, and the artificial intelligence and web research services described above. Each processes information only to perform its function for us.

We do not sell personal information. Our deliverables are custom intelligence outputs built for one client, and some include business contact details for professionals, gathered for that deliverable as described above.

Retention and Closing Your Account

We keep the information in your account for as long as your account is open and for at least 12 months after your last activity, so you can come back to your work. You can ask us to close your account and delete your information at any time at contact@rehinged.ai; we will do so within 30 days except where we need to keep records for legal or billing reasons. If we discontinue the service, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email so you can export your work.

Business Transfers

If Rehinged is acquired or merges with another company, the information in your account may transfer to the new owner, who will be bound by this policy for that information. We will notify you by email before any such transfer takes effect.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date above and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
