Creating automated patient feedback using real-time scoring and generative AI

Telehealth technology startup needed an automated back-end for their software product which provides care and guidance for patients and family members dealing with a specific type of long-term medical condition.

Rehinged designed the integration of the web application with the automation of feeding client data into GPT-4 for genAI physician recommendations to patients and families. The automation enables for the product to scale with the use of future GTP-4 and other LLMs along with the delivery of prescriptive analytics.
